By engaging Opus Aether or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
Opus Aether builds and operates software, storefronts, infrastructure, design, marketing, and fundraising work, in part using AI engines we build and run. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement.
Ownership of work product is defined in your engagement agreement. This site, the Opus Aether name, and its marks remain the property of Opus Aether.
Information shared in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed work.
To the extent permitted by law, Opus Aether is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability for any engagement is governed by its agreement.
